Zabawa polega na tym, że każdy przedkłada swoje prywatne zestawienie min. 50 filmów, które jego zdaniem absolutnie trzeba w życiu zobaczyć (wymóg formalny: tytuły numerujemy, kolejność bez znaczenia). Najważniejsza jest lista, dyskusję proponuję ograniczyć do minimum. Z jednej strony 50 to dużo, z drugiej jak się zacznie w myślach wymieniać okazuje się, że nie do końca. Kto nie potrafi wymienić 50 filmów niech nie zabiera głosu, kto się nie mieści w wyznaczonych ramach i chce przedłożyć więcej niż 50 - ma takie prawo, mniejszej liczby jednak nie uznajemy. Można też podzielić listę na filmy polskie i zagraniczne (ale nie jest to wymów formalny), jeżeli już jednak ktoś chce robić taki podział to umawiamy się, że polskie kino to min. 30 pozycji (nie licząc 50 zagranicznych, które już wcześniej rzecz jasna wymieniliśmy). Można też oczywiście wrzucić kino krajowe w ogólną listę, na takich samych zasadach jak cała reszta świata i problem z głowy.
Zapraszam wszystkich do zabawy (oczywiście najpóźniej do jutra zamieszczę także swoją listę, sprawa to niełatwa i pewnie będzie sporo główkowania więc nie chcę tego robić w środku nocy, po łebkach). To samo radzę wszystkim (czyli najpierw przygotować sobie listę "na brudno", a potem już wkleić gotowy zestaw na forum).
Mam nadzieję, że uda nam się dzięki temu wyłuskać kilka fajnych i wartych uwagi filmów, które nie każdy miał okazję zobaczyć.

Część obrazów się tu nie znalazła celowo, część pewnie przez niedopatrzenie, a jeszcze inna część dlatego, że ich po prostu nie miałem okazji zobaczyć. Jest taka kultowa stronka [usunięta treść reklamowa], gdzie przygotowano REWELACYJNĄ listę filmów do obejrzenia. Jako że nie każdy ma do niej dostęp, mi kumpel dał zaproszenie czy jakoś to było, teraz nie wiem jak wygląda sprawa z rejestracją, to wrzucam tu tę świetną listę. Pomijając ostatnie 20-30lat, które są dyskusyjne i wybór tych, a nie innych filmów może budzić kontrowersje, to reszta jest bez zarzutu. Kiedyś próbowałem oglądać filmy podług tej listy, ale jest tego naprawdę dużo i nie mam tyle cierpliwości. Chyba jednak wrócę do tego.

i nie ma wielu, wielu innych rewelacyjnych filmów, ale jest też wiele, wiele o których ja w ogóle nie słyszałem i pewnie długo bym nie usłyszał, a porażają swą jakością. Dlatego będę się upierał, że ta lista jest rewelacyjna.
Poza tym może i z Pojedynkiem bym się zgodził, tak western Kurosawy, choć świetny, to jakoś mógłbym przeżyć bez jego obejrzenia, wiele w moim życiu nie zmienił, a Kurosawa ma wiele innych świetnych filmów i raczej bym się doczepił braku Nieba i piekła czy Zbłąkanego psa.

Oj nie ma tu wielu super rzeczy. Za to są pozycje których obecność to chyba żart. Scream? Kill Bill? - no ten drugi to może i by uszedł ale SCREAM????
Nie ma sporo azjatyckich rzeczy (Miike* np) a za to Michael Moore ma dwa filmy? A skoro już wrzucamy propagandowe dzieła, to chyba Goebbels i s-ka mieli lepsze
Nie ma nowszych świetnych pozycji Cronenberga, a są mimo wszystko średnie Gangi Nowego Jorku. Dobrze, że przynajmniej wrzucili The Thing Carpentera, bo bym wyklinał tę listę jeszcze przez dwie strony.
Oczywiście nie czepiam się ciebie, bo wiem, że to nie jest twoja lista.

Można ocenić Death proof jako wyrwany z kontekstu, ale przecież istotą zabawy jest wynajdowanie ich, tak bawi się Tarantino. Zmierzam więc do wniosku, który brzmi: warto znać wszystkie filmy z każdej epoki, które były wtedy ważne. Ważne, ale niekoniecznie dobre, bo pewne zjawiska w kinematografii były żenującymi epizodami, ale odznaczyły się w historii.
Nieraz spotykałem się z opiniami, że pewien film, który jest remake'iem lub przeniesieniem historii z innego filmu w powiedzmy inne czasy, jest rewelacyjny. No ok, spoko, może i tak być. Potem ktoś ogląda ten "oryginał" i krzyczy "NĘDZNA PODRÓBA FILMU XYZ". Hmmm... no tak książka Fahrenheit 451 to kradzież pomysłu z Equilibrium. Mniejsza z tym.
Co do Króla Lwa to nie znam sprawy i oto piękne potwierdzenie mojej opinii. Można obejrzeć Króla Lwa i uznać za arcydzieło, bo w istocie nim jest, ale trochę opinia siada, gdy dowiadujemy się, że to plagiacik japońskiej bajki. Ale jak widać czasem potrzeba ukraść pomysł by powstało arcydzieło. Jak to szło: Włochy nękane były wojną, terrorem, mordami, ale mieli Michała Anioła, Da Vinci i renesans, a Szwajcaria? Gdy pierwszy raz oglądałem Dobry, zły i brzydki nie miałem pojęcia o takim zjawisku jak spaghetti western. Teraz mam i mogę szerzyć dalej tę wiedzę wśród znajomych tłumacząc im o co chodzi. To niezwykle ciekawe i bardzo ważne, by mieć świadomość jak naprawdę było. To, że Leone ukradł Yojimbo też jest istotne przy odbiorze Garści i zbrodnią byłoby krzyczeć "Kurosawa małpuje Leone".
Bezkontekstowo poważny widz nie powinien oglądać absolutnie nic. Oczywiście to teoria, bo mi się po prostu czasem nie chce, nie mam na to siły. Transformersy są na podstawie komiksu, a chyba nie każdy sobie z tego zdaje sprawę. Innych, ten lepszy przykład: Spirit nakręcił autor Ronina czy Sin City, który utrzymał adaptację komiksu w konwencji jaką sam przyjął tworząc komiks Sin City, a którą na ekran 1:1 przeniósł Rodriguez. Może to się podobać lub nie, oglądając to nie znałem jeszcze komiksu Spirit i nie spodobało mi się zbytnio. Po przeczytaniu Spirita doszedłem do wniosku, że Miller wyrządził zbrodnię fanom komiksu. Itp itd

Kolega tu, widzę, postmodernizm uprawia pełną gębą. Szukanie odniesień, nawiązań, kontekstów, czyjejś prawdy, Tarantino, zabawa w kino. I po co? Po to, żeby przycynić przy znajomych wiedzą, co to jest spaghetti western? Daj pan spokój. Ja z reguły traktuję każdy film/książkę/komiks etc. jako odrębne dzieło, które uwolniło się od swoich twórców. Remake to także już osobna praca. Można sobie obejrzeć pierwowzór i zestawić, dla własnej przyjemności, ale traktując wciąż jako dwa osobne obrazy. Fajnie by było obejrzeć wszystkie znaczące filmy wszech czasów, oczywiście po parę razy, żeby je spamiętać, ale obawiam się, że niewielu ma komfort, czas i kasę na to. Znajomość klasyki poszczególnych gatunków: no cóż, nie oglądałem w życiu wielu filmów noir czy spaghetti westernów, ale wydaje mi się, że znam ich cechy, wiem, na czym polega taka konwencja. Od tego jest Internet, żeby się dowiedzieć. Nie trzeba, moim zdaniem, oglądać jakichś Golemów i Frankensteinów sprzed 100 lat, żeby zachwycać się Nosferatu w reżyserii Herzoga. Nie wiem, może to jakieś świętokradztwo i nie czaję kultu, ale ja próbowałem obejrzeć parę tych starych, niemych, czarno-białych filmów i niemal za każdym razem wymiękałem

Po to, by czerpać z filmów jak najwięcej. Można interesować się filmami, można lubić je oglądać, ale będąc pasjonatem chyba naturalnym jest, że chce się poznać tę dziedzinę całościowo. Nie żebym był pasjonatem i nie mógł żyć bez filmów, ale po prostu tak mam, że lubię znać kontekst. Nie oceniam filmu, którego nie rozumiem jako syf, ale próbuję pojąć. Trudne początki z Lynchem, trudne początki z Bunuelem, Bergmanem i wieloma innymi zaowocowały próbami, próbami zrozumienia, które dały mi więcej radości niż milion ajronmenów i transformerów.
Na imponowaniu wiedzą znajomym w ogóle mi nie zależy, chodzi o - hm - szerzenie prawdy, wiedzy, zainteresowanie, by czerpać coś więcej niż tylko 90 minut hollywoodu w cinema city.
Ogólnie też jestem przeciwko patrzeniem na dzieła przez pryzmat twórców. Ten pisarz to pijak, świnia i hazardzista, a na imię miał Fiodor. Może inaczej - nie chciałbym aby dzieło traciło w moich oczach przez to, co wyczyniał autor. Chciałbym aby co najwyżej zyskiwało. Co do wydzielania komiksu/filmu/książki - wszystko się rządzi swoimi prawami - zgadzam się, ale jeżeli już ktoś podejmuje próbę przeniesienia czegoś z jednej płaszczyzny na inną, to nikt nie może mi odebrać prawa krytyki tego. Dla mnie film, jako podający wszystko najbardziej na tacy, jest najmniej interesujący z tych trzech dziedzin.
Można oglądać filmy dla rozrywki albo być pasjonatem tej dziedziny kultury.

Wyłapywanie smaczków może niejednokrotnie rzucić światło na pozornie bezsensowne sceny i motywy, chociaż najczęściej nic więcej niż owe "cytaty" się pod tym nie kryje. W innych przypadkach można chyba po prostu doczytać o gatunku.
